The company currently operates:

Two 4168B fully automatic vertical parting boxless pressure-molding lines (production process: fully automatic wet clay sand casting); one coated sand shell molding production line (process: coated sand shell molding with steel shot packing), and over 30 coated sand dual-station core and shell making units. This includes large horizontal split coated sand shell (core) making equipment capable of producing medium to large coated sand castings. The company has an annual casting production capacity of 20,000 tons.

Product portfolio includes:

-Components for turbocharger housings, exhaust manifolds, oil cooler housings, and related products for domestic and international manufacturers such as Weifang Fuyuan Turbocharger Co., Ltd. and Weichai Group; - Grooved pipe fittings for fixed fire suppression systems and other domestic and international ductile iron products; Materials include: heat-resistant ductile iron (silicon-molybdenum, vanadium-silicon-molybdenum), high-nickel grades (D-5S), stainless steel (1.4626), various grades of ductile iron and gray iron, as well as ordinary cast steel products.

The company employs dedicated technical and quality management personnel and possesses various testing equipment including direct-reading spectrometers, carbon-sulfur analyzers, universal testing machines, and sand testing apparatus to ensure stable control over production processes and procedures.
